I have had a varied career from the age of 16 being in the Army in 1985 , then onto the Police. After being injured on duty in the Police I then became a Customer Service Operations Manager for a large multi national insurance company. After a long career I decided to make a complete change and set up my own Fire Protection business in 2010. I have been involved with either the general public or customers at all levels right up to Managing Directors and CEO's my whole life and I understand the need for quality products and services and customer service.
I started a Fire Protection company in 2010 and our services included Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights, Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Training, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Access Systems and much more.
During this time I amassed a huge amount of knowledge of the industry and British Standards that allowed me to grow my business and use, whilst I carried out Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Training for our customers
I sold the business in 2020 as it was time for a slower pace of life and I have continued to undertake Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Training since then independently.
I am trained in both General Certificate NEBOSH for both Health & Safety and Fire Safety and have continued with ongoing continualy professional development throughout my career.
I have carried out literally hundreds of Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Training courses and I still enjoy doing them..
The list is long, but this includes, colleges, schools, industrial units, offices, shops, restaurants, science labs, community halls, care homes, doctors surgeries, dentists, production sites and production lines, warehouses, HMO's, B&B's, blocks of flats and so many more......
