I contacted Darren for a quote for a Fire Risk Assessment. Darren discussed my requirements with me over the phone and to his absolute credit questioned if I actually needed one. I sent Darren details and he responded the same day, free of charge with advice and supporting information. Darren could have easily taken my money and provided me a service I didn’t need. Darren will be my first call when I need a Fire Risk Assessment in the future.

Our complex of 23 flats needed a 3 year Fire Risk Assessment certificate to be completed. As a newly appointed Director of our Management Committee, I needed to find someone who could do this.
